On y d\u00e9couvre des personnes qui parlent de leur quotidien professionnel avec sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, imagination et passion.<\/p>\n<h2>Un exercice ludique, mais loin d\u2019\u00eatre inutile<\/h2>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du jeu, cet exercice r\u00e9v\u00e8le une comp\u00e9tence cl\u00e9 : <strong>\u00eatre capable d\u2019expliquer clairement ce qu\u2019on fait, ce qu\u2019on g\u00e8re, ce qu\u2019on apporte dans son travail. <\/strong>Et \u00e7a, c\u2019est exactement ce qu\u2019on vous demande en entretien d\u2019embauche finalement.<\/p>\n<p>Savoir parler de ses t\u00e2ches, de ses responsabilit\u00e9s, de ses enjeux quotidiens sans se cacher derri\u00e8re un titre : c\u2019est souvent <strong>ce qui fait la diff\u00e9rence entre une candidature parmi d\u2019autres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est pour cela qu&#8217;on pr\u00e9f\u00e8re vous faire parler de votre passion, de votre m\u00e9tier et qu&#8217;on vous coache avant chaque entretien d&#8217;embauche.
